The Federal Government will deport a 41-year-old ex-prison inmate who failed to take out Australian citizenship after his family migrated from Lebanon when he was four. George Andary, who has served about three years in jail over two decades for drug-related offences, lost a High Court appeal in June, after unsuccessfully seeking a bridging visa to enable him take care of his four children, who have been placed in two foster homes.
