A SECOND NSW prison inmate has been charged over an alleged drug-trafficking syndicate which notorious prisoner Bassam Hamzy is accused of co-ordinating.
Police say a 31-year-old man at Lithgow Correctional Facility was charged yesterday with two offences relating to an alleged operation to move illicit drugs between Sydney and Melbourne. AAP
